Prayer Partners Outreach · Last updated June 25, 2026

Prayer Partners Outreach (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a faith-based outreach ministry based in Nigeria. This policy explains, in plain language, what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the rights you have. We handle your information in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act, 2023 (NDPA). If you reach us from the UK or EU, we also aim to respect your rights under the UK and EU GDPR.

Questions? Contact us any time at prayerpartnersoutreach@gmail.com.

What We Collect

When you submit a prayer request, we collect your full name and email address (required), and your WhatsApp number and prayer message (optional). A prayer message often holds very personal details — about your health, family, finances, or faith — which can count as sensitive personal data under the NDPA. We treat everything you share as confidential. Please share only what you’re comfortable sharing; you don’t need to disclose sensitive details to receive prayer.

If you choose to give, our “Give” button sends you to Flutterwave to complete your donation. We never see or store your card or bank details — Flutterwave handles all of that.

We do not run website analytics and do not place tracking cookies on your device. We use Google Search Console, which helps search engines find our site but does not track individual visitors. Some pages may embed YouTube videos, which can set their own cookies when you choose to play them.

Why We Collect It

Our lawful basis under the NDPA is your consent. You choose to send the prayer form, and by doing so you consent to us using your details — including any sensitive information in your message — so our prayer team can pray for you and respond. You can withdraw your consent at any time (see “Your Rights”). Withdrawing consent doesn’t affect anything we lawfully did beforehand.

How We Use Prayer Requests

  • Your request is read only by our prayer team, who handle it in confidence.

  • We never sell, rent, or trade your information.

  • We never post your name or your request publicly without your clear permission.

  • We use your contact details only to respond to you — not for unrelated marketing.

Prayer requests submitted through this site are delivered to a private ministry inbox (prayerpartnersoutreach@gmail.com), managed by Google, and read only by our prayer team.

Who We Share It With

We share your information only with: our prayer team, under a duty of confidentiality; the services that run our website, such as Framer (hosting) and Google (our email inbox); and Flutterwave, only if you make a donation. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect someone’s safety. We do not sell your personal data.

Donations and Flutterwave

When you click “Give,” you’re taken to Flutterwave, a licensed payment processor, to complete your gift. Flutterwave handles your payment under its own Privacy Notice and Terms; we act only as the recipient and never store your card details. We may receive limited confirmation details, such as your name, email, and the amount, so we can thank you and keep proper records.

How Long We Keep It

We keep prayer requests for 12 months, then delete them — unless you ask us to keep praying, or we need them for our records. Donation records are kept as long as proper accounting requires. When we no longer need your information, we securely delete it.

How We Protect It

We limit access to prayer requests to our prayer team, use reputable providers (Framer, Google, Flutterwave) that maintain their own security, and protect the inbox that receives requests with a strong password and two-factor authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your information safe.

Your Rights

Under the NDPA — and the UK or EU GDPR where they apply to you — you can ask to access, correct, or delete your information; restrict or object to how we use it; withdraw your consent (for example, ask us to stop praying over a stored request); or receive a copy of your data. We do not make automated decisions about you.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at prayerpartnersoutreach@gmail.com. We’ll respond within the time the law requires, normally at no charge.

Children

Our website is intended for a general audience. If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian to submit a prayer request on your behalf or with their permission. If you believe a child has given us information without consent, contact us and we’ll delete it.

International Visitors

We are based in Nigeria, but people visit and pray with us from around the world. Because our providers (such as Google and Flutterwave) may store data outside your country, your information may be transferred internationally, on the basis of your consent and appropriate safeguards. If you’re in the UK or EU, you keep the rights described above.

Contact and Complaints

Questions or concerns? Please talk to us first at prayerpartnersoutreach@gmail.com — we want to help. If you’re still not satisfied, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC) at ndpc.gov.ng. If you’re in the UK or EU, you may also contact your local data protection authority.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our ministry or the law changes. When we do, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
